Saturday evening had to be one of the most fulfilling musical moments of my life. I had the honor of being the pianist for the world premiere of Dark Matters, a new choral work commissioned for the renowned Capital University Chapel Choir. We premiered it this last weekend in Columbus with composer Joel Thompson and poet Samiya Bashir present. The highlight for me was getting to work with conductor Lynda Hasseler. I‘ve never had an experience pursuing such high level artistry, and it is 100% due to this woman. Wow. Thank you for an unforgettable opportunity! Will share the recording when I have it!
